A silentauction at the CSF Presidents’ Dinner will help raise funds for the Canadian Surgical Research Fund (CSRF). If you wish to make a donation for the silent auction, please complete and return the Silent Auction Item Donation Form by Wednesday, September 4, 2013 to ensure you are listed on the Silent Auction Program. You will receive a tax receipt for the value of your donated item.
